Job description: Examines patients, recommends diagnostic tests, diagnoses medical conditions and manages pain. Provides relief from acute or chronic pain through the use of medication, nerve block, electrical stimulation or other therapies.

Duties include preforming:

· Diagnostic medical branch block

· Radiofrequency ablation

· Interlaminar Epidural steroid injection

· Transforaminal Epidural steroid injection

· Trigger point injection

· Spinal cord stimulator trial

· Sacroiliac, shoulder, hip, carpal tunnel, hand steroid injections

· Sacroiliac, shoulder, hip plasma rich in platelet (PRP)

· Stellate Ganglion Blocks

Location

Job will be based in San Antonio but travel to Austin and other remote clinics will be required once a week (and more on occasion)

· Weekend work may be required 2 times a month
